With over 20 years of experience across fast moving consumer goods, executive search, and commercial leadership, Kairi Raudmets has led executive search assignments in close partnership with various boards and founders, helping them identify and appoint senior leaders across Europe and global markets.
She is currently serving as Business Development Lead at Olvi Group, a Finnish beverage group, after having spent nearly a decade as the Client Partner at Pedersen & Partners, a leading global executive search and leadership consulting firm, in Estonia.
Kairi holds an MSc in Organizational Behavior from the Tallinn University as well as a Bachelor’s degree in Business & Finance from the Tallinn University of Technology.
