Ainārs Ozols has over 25 years of leadership experience in banking, financial services, infrastructure, and corporate governance, currently serving as the Chair of the Supervisory Boards at Rīgas Satiksme and Rīgas namu pārvaldnieks – two Riga city municipality-owned companies in charge of public transportation and managing residential buildings. He is also a member of Supervisory Board at Alphinox Quality, an investment firm based in Riga and focused on sustainable global companies.
Previously, he has served as the Chair of the Management Board at SEB Latvia and also worked at other banks.
Ainārs holds an Executive MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the Riga Technical University.
One of the earliest graduates of the BICG Board member education program, he is serving on the BICG Board since 2026.
