Ģirts Rūda is Legal and Administrative Director at State Real Estate, the largest manager of state-owned real estate in Latvia.
He has been practicing law for over 25 years, and has previously been a Board member at the Financial and Capital Markets Commission of Latvia and Head of Legal Service at RB Rail, the central coordinator of the Rail Baltica project.
Ģirts has also worked in the largest Latvian and regional law firms, earning extensive experience in Latvian as well as international law in real estate, finance, corporate governance and matters of commerce.
