Šarūnas Dyburis is Managing Partner at a retained executive search company AIMS International Lithuania as well as a Board member and Deputy Head of Board Services Practice at AIMS International.
He has over 15 years of experience in executive search, having worked and practiced in Lithuania, Latvia, Estonia, Finland, Czech Republic, etc.
He holds an EMBA in Business Administration from the Baltic Management Institute, an MBA in International Trade from Vilnius University and a BBA in Business Administration from Vytautas Magnus University.
