Renata Damanskytė-Rekašienė is the Head of Legal at Miesto gijos, the largest heating and hot water supplier in Lithuania owned by Vilnius city municipality.
Among her previous positions are Head of Legal at Maxima Grupė, which owns the Maxima retail chain, and Chief Legal Counselor at Lithuanian state-controlled energy holding company EPSO-G. Renata also has over 8 years of experience at TGS, one of the largest law firms in Lithuania, with focus of capital markets, restructuring and insolvency as well as corporate and commercial law. She was a leading contributor from jurisdiction of Lithuania to the Studies for the European Parliament regarding Corporate Social Responsibility.
Renata has been a member of the Lithuanian Bar Association since 2014.
She has a Master’s degree in commercial law from Vilnius Law University.
