Aiga Ārste-Avotiņa is the Managing Partner of a global executive search and leadership advisory partnership Amrop in the Baltics and Ukraine.
She has been working in executive search for 30 years, leading over 700 assignments across the Baltics, Nordics and Eastern Europe, including numerous regional mandates, for the customers in energy, infrastructure, manufacturing and financial services sectors.
She is a recognized expert in board assessment and leadership advisory and has extensive experience in highly sensitive leadership mandates.
Aiga graduated from the University of Latvia with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and has an MBA from the Riga Business School. She has also studied Executive Development Business Programs at the International Institute of Management Development in Switzerland and the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance.
