The Corporate Governance Board consists of one Chairperson and 9 Members – 3 from each Baltic Country. The role of the Corporate Governance Board is to:
- Define Baltic Corporate Governance;
- Communicate Corporate Governance best practices to relevant stakeholders;
- Be role models within Corporate Governance The Chairman of the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance Executive Committee is a member of the Corporate Governance Board. The Chairman of the Corporate Governance Board will rotate between the country members on an annual basis.
The Estonian members are:
- Ian Plenderleith, CEO of Tallinna Vesi;
- Veikko Sepp, CEO of Ericsson, Estonia;
- Heldur Meerits, Council member, at LHV Pank.
