BICG invites its members to join for a seminar organised in cooperation with BaltCap. During the seminar, there will be a possibility to listen as well as to exchange experiences on practical angles of corporate governance.
The seminar will be an interactive session where BaltCap will present a shareholder view into investment decisions as well as a case study on a company where they put corporate governance to practice as an institutional investor and bettered the value of the company as a result.
