We aim to represent the interest of our members, to be transparent and show accountability for our actions. We have two categories of members;
Corporate
We invite companies who share our desire for an active corporate governances agenda in the Baltics to join the Institute in one of two categories. Baltic Corporate members pay an annual membership fee of 3.000 Euro. National corporate members pay an annual membership fee of 1.000 Euro.
Individual
Graduates of the Institutes board member education is a eligble to be an individual member of the Institute. Individual members pay an annual membership fee of 100 Euro.
Member activities
During the Annual General Meeting of the Institute the members elect the Board, approve the annual financial and acitivty reports. The members also elect a nomination committee. During the year the Institute host a number of events for members and stakeholders. Many members are as well involved in creating the Institutes policy and research work.
